Welcome to Lavon Custom Creation. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, booking services, or placing custom orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.

 1. General

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "Lavon Custom Creation," "we," "our," and "us" refer to our business. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

Many of our garments are handmade, upcycled, or produced in limited quantities. Due to the nature of handcrafted and repurposed materials, slight variations in color, texture, fabric, or design may occur. These variations are not considered defects and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

We strive to display product colors and images accurately; however, colors may vary depending on your device or monitor settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Custom Orders

Custom garments are created specifically for each client.

A consultation fee is required to begin the custom design process. This fee is nonrefundable but will be applied as a credit toward the final balance of your custom piece if you proceed with your order.

Once a design has been approved and production has begun, no major design changes may be requested.

Custom orders cannot be canceled after production begins.

Because every custom garment is made specifically for the client, custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the design, material availability, and production schedule.

5. Alteration Services

Alteration pricing is determined after consultation.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled fitting appointments.

Once alteration work has begun, fees are nonrefundable.

We are not responsible for garments damaged due to normal wear, manufacturer defects, or fabric weaknesses that existed before alterations were performed.

6. Personal Styling Services

Consultation fees for styling services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to cancellation fees.

Consultation fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise specified.

7. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

    •    Product availability

    •    Pricing errors

    •    Suspected fraud

    •    Incorrect payment information

    •    Violation of these Terms & Conditions

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a refund will be issued.

8. Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lavon Custom Creation is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated:

    •    Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14  days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

    •    Sale items, custom garments, altered items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale.

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Returned merchandise that does not meet return requirements may be refused.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photographs, graphics, logos, branding, artwork, garment designs, product descriptions, videos, and written content—is the property of Lavon Custom Creation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

    •    Use our website for unlawful purposes.

    •    Attempt to interfere with website security.

    •    Upload malicious software or harmful code.

    •    Copy or misuse our content or designs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lavon Custom Creation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product or service.

13. Disclaimer

Our products and styling services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as required by law.

We do not guarantee specific styling outcomes or individual preferences.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
